• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage training/orientation of drivers and staff with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop reporting and financial analysis to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Learn inventory, asset, and driver assignment management to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll, budgeting, and driver-related administrative tasks.
