Job summary

Under general supervision, you will train to ensure DOT compliance, driver safety, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. The role focuses on planning, routing, and coordinating loads with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent military experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless new carrier set-up and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects related to optimizing fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage personnel including training and orientation of drivers and employees and assisting with internal systems.
