Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in West Point, GA is hiring a Logistics Management Trainee for a 9–12 month program. You will rotate through on-the-job logistics learning, with focus on daily operations, KPI tracking, and customer coordination.

During training you may relocate within the region after completion. The role requires willingness to work a night schedule Sunday–Thursday and participate in additional hours as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field required.
• One year involvement in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership skills required.
• One year internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations; plan and review processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Meet KPI targets; collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Develop and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
