Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• One year involvement in extra-curricular activities that demonstrate leadership.
• One year internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of employees.
• Accountable for site KPI and customer service objectives.
• Collaborate with customers across all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with teams to monitor progress and recognize successes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Implement health, safety, security initiatives and policy adherence.
• Analyze profitability and present reporting for continuous improvement.
• Learn financial aspects and onboarding/training for new hires.
