Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 0 to 1 year in direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, coach and recognize high performers.
• Foster Diversity and Inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and address disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implement health, safety and security initiatives and policies.
• Orient new employees and Lead Hands with necessary tools and info.
