Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required or advanced.
• Valid forklift operator license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate daily work duties to team members to optimize shift operations.
• Inspire team to improve KPI performance using effective leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools for employees to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Handle paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to boost operations.
