Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Senior Manager of Logistics Operations in Eden Prairie to lead and optimize the company’s rail, warehousing, fleet, and driver management across multiple transportation modes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align capacity, inventory, and service with production schedules and customer commitments.

The role includes budgeting, performance measurement, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10+ years of progressive logistics/transportation experience with leadership responsibility.
Knowledge of multimodal transportation and warehousing operations.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day and long-range logistics operations across rail, warehousing, fleet, and other modes.
Direct rail operations, carrier relationships, and cost management.
Oversee warehousing capacity, inventory flow, and service levels across plants and customers.
Lead fleet operations, including dispatch, maintenance, and fuel programs.
Manage driver recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance.
