Aston Carter is seeking a Logistics Lead for a fully onsite role in Plymouth, MI. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, with supervisory experience.

You will lead teams, manage carriers and dispatch, and drive operational results in a fast-paced environment. The role is permanent, pays $75,000–$85,000 per year, includes 2 weeks of PTO and an extra week of personal time (prorated), plus medical, vision and dental benefits.

Hours:

Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

*Onsite/Field role. Must be willing to local or willing to commute to Plymouth, MI

Must haves:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Direct, long term role, salary role, 2 weeks of PTO, extra week of personal time (prorated for the rest of the year), Med, Vision, and dental.
