Job Title: Shipper Support Case Specialist (L3)

Job Description

The Shipper Support Case Specialist (L3) provides critical support to vendors and sellers using inbound transportation services by resolving operational issues, maintaining high service quality, and building strong relationships across an extensive shipper network. This contract-to-hire role is based onsite at the AZA1 building in Tempe and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will manage shipper support cases through a proprietary communication platform, apply analytical thinking to logistics challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement in transportation operations.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position based at the AZA1 building in Tempe, operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work in a technology-driven environment that relies on a proprietary communication platform, spreadsheets, and data tools to manage shipper support cases and transportation operations. The role follows a contract-to-hire model, with the opportunity for conversion to full-time employment. The work environment emphasizes structured performance metrics, comprehensive training, and clear expectations for accuracy and productivity. Upon conversion to full-time, the position offers a competitive pay increase, full benefits and vacation time, college tuition support, and yearly reviews that may increase the pay rate by up to 8%.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
