Job summary

DC Army National Guard in Bluffdale, Utah is seeking a Unit Supply Specialist to help ensure that your unit and fellow Soldiers are well supplied and equipped for any mission.

You will oversee the shipping, storage and supply of equipment, including receiving, inspecting, invoicing, storing and delivering supplies; maintain automated systems; secure weapons and ammunition; and schedule maintenance for weapons.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment required.
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Must meet citizenship requirements (see NATIONALGUARD.com for details).

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive small arms. Secure and control weapons and ammunition in security areas
• Schedule and perform preventive and organizational maintenance on weapons
• Operate unit level computers
