Job summary

Process Insights, Inc. is seeking a Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk for our Pittsburgh site to oversee packaging, shipping, and receiving activities, ensuring punctual delivery and accurate documentation in our ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have five years of manufacturing experience, understand manufacturing processes, and be comfortable with ERP systems. ISO 9001 knowledge is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understand manufacturing processes to optimize documents and processes.
• Understanding of supply chain activities.
• Experience with ISO 9001 (preferably 2015).
• Professionalism with excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, manage inventories, update ERP system, and assist with procurement.
• Coordinate material receipts with Epicor ERP transactions.
• Conduct inventory management for finished goods and raw materials, including cycle counts.
• Execute packaging and shipping activities for product shipments.
• Assist in ISO certification readiness documentation and procedures.
• Resolve shipping and receipt issues with customers and carriers.
• Develop and apply evolving ERP practices within operations.
