Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound shipments, verify inventory, and maintain ERP records. The role involves operating forklifts, coordinating with production and customer service, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

A strong eye for detail, ability to work independently, and familiarity with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification available.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare, stage, label, wrap, and ship orders through various carriers.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems.
• Support cycle counts and participate in physical inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other warehouse duties as needed.
