Job summary

WTX Supply & Fabrication is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound shipments, inspect materials, and maintain accurate inventory movement records. You will coordinate with carriers, prepare bills of lading, and ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods.

A forklift permit is highly preferred, and forklift operations may be required. Responsibilities include final inspection of outgoing shipments, documenting damage claims, and maintaining shipping records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn necessary programs.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn, collaborate and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries and procedures.
• Verify quantity and quality against packing slips and bill of lading.
• Document damage claims and communicate with carriers and sites.
• Maintain shipping records and database for orders and billing.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
