Job summary

WeTheHobby seeks a Logistics Associate to support efficient movement of inventory, shipments, and operations across multiple locations. You will handle inbound/outbound shipping, coordinate transfers, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role partners with Procurement, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience, performing quality checks, and improving shipping processes to meet evolving business needs. Valid driver license required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution operations.
• Experience using shipping software and standard computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing business needs.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to meet motor vehicle standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with proper packaging, labeling, invoicing, and documentation, including international shipments.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between facilities and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas; assist with audits and stock organization.
• Track shipments and monitor metrics; communicate with carriers and vendors.
• Safely operate company vehicles to move inventory between locations.
