Job summary

Shining 3D in the U.S. seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory controls on-site in San Leandro. You will optimize shipping workflows and prepare documentation while supporting exhibitions.

You will leverage Lean principles and ERP/Microsoft Office tools to ensure efficient operations and accurate records, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in inventory management, transportation, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Must be able to commute daily to San Leandro and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse receiving and shipping operations, ensuring records match physical goods.
• Provide shipping quotes based on shipment value and volume; determine the most efficient delivery method.
• Organize warehouse inventory with cycle counts and physical audits.
• Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping workflows.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation.
• Support administrative logistics tasks and coordinate shipping for exhibitions.
• Coordinate reverse logistics, including returns, RMAs, refurbishments, and recycling.
• Knowledge of 6S or Lean principles in warehouse operations.
