• Process shipments and prepare paperwork; dispatch drivers

• Train and supervise staff; drive continuous improvement
• Communicate freight status with customers and vendors
• Operate forklifts and load/off-load trucks
• Maintain performance metrics and benchmarks
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am–4:30pm
