Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will collaborate with PSRs and clinicians to ensure timely, accurate deliveries of supplies and medications as directed.

Responsibilities include inventory sourcing, purchasing, maintaining compliance with policies, and coordinating shipping schedules. 50% travel may be required; high school diploma is required and prior warehouse experience

Competenze

• Experience communicating verbally on phone and in writing (emails, reports).
• Basic level PC skills and ability to navigate online systems.
• Willing to travel up to 50% for business purposes.

Mansioni

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establish relationships.
• Coordinates and executes shipping schedule.
• Purchases all supplies for inventory and maintains accurate records.
• Ensures confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Participates in inventory and cost-control measures.
