Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments in Grand Rapids, MI. You will work with clinicians to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, while sourcing inventory and maintaining compliance with policies.

You will purchase supplies, monitor inventory, and support cost‑effective operations. The role requires on‑site work and a willingness to travel as needed to ensure patient care continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally on phone and in writing with various audiences.
• Basic PC skills: start/shut down computer, use mouse, save files, print documents, access information online.
• Basic email skills and using web browsers for communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and coordinates shipping schedules with nursing staff.
• Procures supplies following proper purchasing procedures and uses cost‑effective products and contracts.
• Maintains accurate inventory and monitors discrepancies; participates in physical inventory and cost‑control activities.
• Keeps patient information confidential and adheres to legal and Company policies.
