Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing teams. You will process orders, coordinate shipping, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost controls.

Requirements include a high school diploma and strong verbal/written communication, plus basic PC skills and a willingness to travel up to 50% for business needs. The role is full-time and on-site.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating both verbally on phone, one-on-one and in writing emails, letters, reports to various audiences.
• Basic level PC skills including start up/shut down, using mouse, switching between programs, saving files, printing, and online access.

Mansioni

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs as designated by the clinician and establish relationship with client.
• Coordinates and executes shipping schedule and ensures availability of patient supplies.
• Purchases all supplies following correct purchasing procedures and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and minimizes cost of freight; monitors inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Observes confidentiality of patient and company information and participates in incident reporting.
