Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will work with PSRs and clinicians to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain inventory in compliance with policy and law.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a high school diploma. Experience in warehouse or delivery settings is preferred. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401K match, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for verbal, written and one-on-one interactions.
• Proficiency with basic PC use and online tools.
• Ability to communicate with clinicians, nurses, pharmacists and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs as designated by the clinician and establish relationship with client. Generates patient orders on system and coordinates shipping.
• Purchases all supplies for inventory following correct purchasing procedures and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical inventory; monitors equipment and cost-effective rental options.
• Observes confidentiality guidelines for patient and proprietary information.
• Participates in assessing, managing, and reporting medication-related incidents and equipment errors; completes QAR forms.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities if required.
• Accepts other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
