MDM Commercial in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Support Coordinator to bolster daily logistics, inventory management and customer service. You will prepare reports, perform reconciliations, and assist with order fulfillment and tracking to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of office or warehouse shipping experience, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum one year of office or warehouse shipping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, and Koerber One WMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily logistics operations under the Logistics Manager.
• Assist with order processing and shipment tracking.
• Maintain and update item databases.
• Prepare and distribute electronic data exchanges.
• Respond to customer and employee correspondence and emails.
• Assist with inventory control and purchase order generation.
• Provide backup support to the customer service department as needed.
• Deliver internal support for logistics-related tasks.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
