Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support professional to join our distribution team and manage shipping, receiving, and inventory records. The role emphasizes data entry, reporting, and adherence to operational workflows.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse-related roles, with a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. A CSCP certification is a plus. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay of $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP certification, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
