• Assist in optimizing order fulfillment with Customer Solutions and store locations.
• Communicate with vendors, distribution centers, and purchasing to ensure effective fulfillment.
• Enter purchase orders for customized and special items.
• Monitor expedited shipping and coordinate online pickup orders.
• Propose improvements to delivery and fulfillment processes.
• Work with carriers to resolve shipping issues.
• Coordinate common carrier pickups and log freight invoices.
