Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, production and attendance standards. The role sets high performance expectations and builds productive relationships across the station to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead by example, implement development plans, coordinate training and orientation, and monitor compliance with policies while driving accuracy and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent — preferred.
• Management experience — preferred.
• Permanent employee type.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies at all times.
