United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, productivity and attendance standards. The role drives accuracy, customer service and organizational effectiveness through proactive leadership.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, resource management, and staff development in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A bachelor’s degree is required, with management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.
