United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) is seeking a supervisor to lead package handler teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train, develop, and coach staff on safety, productivity, and attendance, while upholding high standards for accuracy and customer service.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, cross-department collaboration, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities to ensure OSHA compliance and a positive, team-oriented culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
