United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for Package Handlers to train, develop, and lead workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance.

The role drives high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication and safety, while fostering positive relationships across levels of the organization. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing resources for efficiency, and implementing development plans.

Competenze

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred: Management experience
