Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Site HR Manager to oversee HR functions for a high-volume logistics operation in Ohio. You will align business objectives with employees and management while serving as a liaison between site staff and corporate HR.

The role requires building strong partnerships with station leadership, managing investigations, and driving HR initiatives across the site. A BA in HR and 5–6+ years in HR roles, with UKG HRIS experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in an HR business partner role.
• Experience in employee relations and investigations.
• BA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• UKG or similar HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise station leadership in all HR functions.
• Direct recruiting and employment activities to place qualified employees.
• Build partnerships with operations leaders; manage investigations and complaints.
• Facilitate collaborative problem-solving to resolve employee relations issues.
• Promote HR initiatives; ensure consistent utilization throughout the station.
• Coach on performance improvement, harassment, discrimination, and employment law issues.
• Organize and plan employee engagement and Crane activities.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws; review policies regularly.
• Identify and communicate issues impacting business objectives.
• Monitor salary administration; report outliers and wage-hour issues.
• Manage unemployment notices and hearings when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
