Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Business, Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business through mentorship and training programs to ramp up quickly.
• Communicate with customers and provide load information, budget, value and pricing insights.
• Develop customized shipping solutions based on budget and needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all related accounts and strategic transportation plans.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams to service customers.
