Arrive Logistics in Columbus, OH is opening a Business Development Trainee program designed to develop robust account management experience and a path to a Business Development Representative role. You will start with mentorship, learn our ARRIVEnow platform, and work closely with carriers and customers to grow the book of business.

You will join a fast-growing freight brokerage, contribute to pricing and routing decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business/Management or related fields.
• Energetic, hard-working, and capable of building relationships.
• Proven ability to build rapport with peers, leaders and clients.
• Winning attitude and willingness to succeed in a fast-growing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the business through mentorship and training programs to ramp quickly.
• Communicate with customers and provide load information, budgeting, pricing.
• Develop customized shipping solutions based on budget and needs.
• Manage day-to-day account operations and strategic transportation plans.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams to service customers.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and grow book of business.
• Assist with pricing and quoting; conduct industry research and needs assessment.
