Qualifications

• This position requires excellent attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain quality and food safety standards.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety procedures.
• Previous logistics experience in production settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transportation providers for efficient movement of shipments.
• Communicate pickup and delivery schedules based on product, staff and equipment.
• Respond to broker inquiries and review shipping documents for accuracy.
• Complete allocation in ERP to ensure accurate withdrawals using FIFO.
• Prepare bills of lading and tallies for outbound shipments.
• Monitor and fix shipping errors and ensure on-time pickups.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transportation on issues with orders.
• Maintain accurate records of dates, times, and order numbers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Support inventory control and optimize inventory turns and space usage.
• All other duties as assigned.
