Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or order processing.
• Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment with procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments; unload, inspect against PO, report discrepancies.
• Inventory management; store, update records, rotate stock.
• Order fulfillment; pick/pack, generate labels, prepare shipments; use power tools as needed.
• Shipping coordination; schedule deliveries, coordinate pickups, track status.
• Data entry; record shipment details in inventory systems.
• Quality control; identify damaged goods and ensure proper packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in shipping/receiving.
• Perform additional duties as required.
