Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist to drive transportation and logistics plans that keep product moving across the network. You will coordinate with DC operations, carriers, stores, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires experience in transportation planning, scheduling, and WMS/TMS proficiency, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Experience with WMS and TMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily transportation and order plans across the network.
• Coordinate hub-and-spoke shipments between sites, stores, and warehouses.
• Optimize freight flow for cost, service, and efficiency.
• Monitor carrier performance and detention risks.
• Plan and execute Stock Transfer Orders across facilities and retail locations.
• Resolve exceptions and communicate plans to leadership.
