As a Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist, you will be a key member of the Fort Mill Distribution Center team, responsible for developing and executing transportation and logistics plans that support efficient product flow across the distribution network. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination between Distribution Center Operations, transportation providers, stores, Inventory Planning, and 3PL partners to ensure product moves through the supply chain efficiently and cost-effectively. You will also oversee hub-and-spoke transportation operations, carrier scheduling, appointment management, Stock Transfer Order (STO) planning, and third-party logistics coordination to help ensure on‑time delivery, cost efficiency, and high service levels. Boston’s bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related experience preferred. 3-5 years of supply chain/logistics experience. An equivalent combination of education and supply chain/logistics experience may be considered.

The Salary range for this position is $38,300.00 - $61,600.00 This is the lowest to highest annual full‑time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
