Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior Director, Global Fulfillment & Distribution Operations to own end-to-end fulfillment and distribution across continents. You will manage a global 3PL network, drive a multi-region strategy, and oversee a ~$100M budget from a Seattle base.

You will lead a distributed team, influence senior partners, and scale fulfillment capabilities during a growth phase, reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. MBA preferred and 10+ years in supply chain roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale global 3PL networks across regions.
• Hands-on multi-region logistics experience (NA, EMEA, APAC), incl. ocean freight and import compliance.
• NA distribution network management with multiple sites and lease obligations.
• Budget ownership at or above $50M; strong P&L and cost modeling experience.
• Strong commercial foresight for 3PL and carrier contracts, including disputes.
• CPG/consumer goods background with DTC and B2B fulfillment exposure.
• Proficient in BI tooling and Excel; ERP/WMS familiarity in 3PL environments.
• International team leadership across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Global 3PL Operations: lead all 3PL and distribution relationships worldwide.
• North America Network Strategy & Execution: complete and implement future-state NA network.
• Team Leadership: guide a distributed team across four pillars and support APAC negotiations.
• Financial Stewardship: own the global logistics P&L (~$100M) and budget planning.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align with sales, marketing, tech, finance, and legal.
• Travel up to 30%.
