Job summary

Patrick Ta Beauty in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Logistics & Fulfillment to support daily transportation, warehouse, fulfillment, and inventory operations. This role collaborates with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

Ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and coordinating across departments; 3-5 years in logistics and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and related logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee B2B, DTC and Marketplace order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and returns with accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide quarterly leadership insights.
• Lead bi-weekly CX reviews to resolve shipping issues and drive fulfillment improvements.
• Onboard new warehouse and logistics partners and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Coordinate value-added services and kitting with external partners.
• Manage Amazon FBA fulfillment and Seller Central compliance.
