Job summary

Bloomingdale's in Los Angeles is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a shared team responsible for picking, packing, and fulfilling orders (including BOPS and same-day delivery). You will set high standards and motivate the group to ensure every package ships in pristine condition and on time.

You will train and model packing behaviors, distribute tasks, manage workload, and coordinate with store leadership to meet daily goals while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years related experience; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team to pick and pack orders including BOPS and SDD.
• Model packing behaviours and provide regular feedback to colleagues.
• Allocate and manage workload and resources; schedule staff as needed.
• Ensure orders leave the store packed to the highest standard and in pristine condition.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute shared functions and expectations.
