Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine efficient shipping methods based on urgency, transit time, and cost.
• Coordinate freight quotes and evaluate carrier options for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain records for outbound shipments and related documentation.
• Analyze shipping data and provide reports, metrics, and updates as requested.
• Track shipments, troubleshoot delivery issues, and provide confirmations.
• Support development and implementation of shipping processes and procedures.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and maintain logistics metrics.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams.
