Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing plant or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedures as they relate to material flow.

Responsibilities

• Determine most efficient means of shipping, considering urgency, time requirements, and cost.
• Maintain records for all outbound shipments; analyze shipping data as requested.
• Track and troubleshoot shipment deliveries and provide delivery confirmations when complete.
• Identify areas for improvements in shipping/receiving functions.
• Develop Shipping/Receiving processes and procedures.
• Responsible for on-time delivery and metric achievement, expediting, tracking & reporting.
