Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a motivated Service Parts and Logistics Analyst to join its global network. This entry‑level role focuses on collecting and interpreting logistics data, building models and dashboards, and delivering insights to improve service and cost efficiency.

You will analyze shipments, carrier performance, inventory, and lead times, delivering data-driven recommendations to management and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, business analytics, or consulting.
• Exposure to import or domestic shipping operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies is beneficial.
• CSCP/CLTD certifications or progress toward them are preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and basic data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate logistics and transportation data including shipments and lead times.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based models and dashboards for cost analysis and route evaluations.
• Support network optimization by providing data inputs and basic modeling.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of service issues and present findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare concise slide decks, reports, and visualizations for managers and operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as freight spend, error rates, and cost per shipment.
• Develop forecast simulations to support planning and decision-making.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
