Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking a Workflow Planner to maintain the continuous flow of products from vendors to customers, supporting picking, shipping, and receiving operations within the facility.

You will schedule inbound/outbound orders, coordinate across systems, supervise warehouse personnel, and ensure safety, GMP, and SOP compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of related experience, familiarity with RF equipment, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with materials handling and RF equipment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Report, investigate, and correct shorts.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct the flow of vessels between the yard and dock doors.
• Prioritize and monitor daily workload to meet customer requirements and timelines.
