Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Workflow Planner for a weekend shift to maintain smooth inbound and outbound operations. The role focuses on scheduling orders, coordinating activities across systems, and ensuring accurate documentation to support timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 0–2 years of experience, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF equipment, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with materials handling and RF equipment.
• Basic computer skills required; MS Office experience helpful.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Report, investigate, and correct shorts.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct the flow of vessels between the yard and dock doors.
• Prioritize and monitor daily workload to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound deliveries; assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with customer service.
• Ensure complete and accurate information is passed to the next shift.
