Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Workflow Planner for the day shift to maintain a smooth flow of products from vendors to customers. You will coordinate picking, shipping, and receiving, ensure GMP and SOP compliance, and support customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience. Familiarity with RF equipment and WMS is preferred, with opportunities for growth and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and material handling is preferred.
• Able to operate RF equipment and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Report, investigate, and correct shorts.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct flow between yard and dock doors.
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound deliveries.
