Job summary

Old Dominion Strategies, LLC is seeking a Logistics–Fleet/Property Specialist to support FPS Region 11 fleet operations, asset inventories, and field logistics in the NCR. The role requires hands-on asset management, reporting, and vehicle readiness in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAMS records, processing shipments and transfers, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred, with 3+ years in logistics or related

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, fleet management, or related field.
• Preferred: federal government or government contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess fleet and property issues and complete actions within HQ deadlines.
• Review vehicle modification requests and prepare mileage, accident, acquisition, transfer, and rental reports.
• Support annual physical property inventories and validate assets and transfers.
• Receive, ship, transport, barcode, audit, excess and transfer Government equipment; track packages.
• Maintain SAMS inventory records, run baseline reports, and respond to logistics requests.
• Prepare maintenance and mileage reports and monitor vehicle status including emissions and inspections.
• Assist in disposal of specialized vehicle equipment and track law enforcement vehicle gear.
• Configure iPhones, printers, and support conference room equipment and LAN/WMS accounts.
• Operate Government vehicles only when authorized; ensure compliance and security.
