Job summary

Old Dominion Strategies LLC seeks a Logistics–Fleet/Property Specialist to support FPS Region 11 fleet operations, accountable property, equipment inventories, and field logistics at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA. The role maintains asset records, supports vehicle readiness, and provides equipment and user setup assistance across the NCR.

Minimum 3 years in logistics, fleet or asset management is required; federal/government contracting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FPS fleet and property management systems.
• Ability to apply fleet and asset management regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to provide equipment configuration and user setup support.
• A valid driver’s license is required for Government vehicle operations.
• Strong communication skills; proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
• U.S. citizenship for DHS access and suitability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fleet and property issues and maintain SAMS asset records.
• Support annual property inventories, asset validation, and transfers.
• Receive, ship, barcode, audit, and transfer Government equipment; support field operations.
• Configure IT assets, move printers, and support conference room tech.
• Operate Government vehicles only when authorized and maintain safety compliance.
