Training covers DOT compliance, driver management, load planning, and operational reporting. This full-time program includes growth opportunities and potential bonuses based on profitability or volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, or related field
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity
• Fill in for absent personnel and participate in projects to optimize fleet operations
• Learn to manage training/orientation of drivers and staff and assist with internal/customer systems
• Assist in maximizing fleet efficiency and profitability and present customer reporting and financial analysis
• Learn to manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment
• Perform administrative duties such as payroll, budgets, invoices and reporting
• Assist with yard management, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues and routing problems
• Support safety culture through driver safety messages and training
• Assist with load planning and scheduling to meet on-time delivery targets
