Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to help us deliver reliable, on-time coffee service to businesses across the U.S. You will oversee route drivers, service technicians, and warehouse staff, ensuring routes are loaded, products rotated, and end-of-day paperwork completed.

Work with the Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency, minimize overtime, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma and a current, valid driver’s license are required; management

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Route experience not required.
• Management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all route drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning, and manage product rotation and par levels.
• Work with the Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency.
• Ensure all service technicians are loaded and ready for service calls on time each morning.
• Oversee daily pulling of products and guarantee warehouse pulls are completed so routes are ready for the next workday.
• Ensure the proper completion of all end‑of‑day paperwork by route drivers and service technicians.
• Set clear daily equipment repair objectives for refurbishing.
• Minimize overtime work by operations employees.
• Instruct drivers, technicians, and warehouse employees in safe operation of equipment and vehicles, proper loading and lifting techniques, and accident reporting requirements.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse and ensure all trucks are kept clean (inside and out), organized, and routinely maintained.
• Provide route relief and/or service work during vacations, extended leaves, or other absences.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to oversee daily field work and with Sales to align installs and equipment needs.
• Keep the Branch Manager informed of parts and equipment needs.
• Address employee issues promptly and escalate significant concerns to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
