Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services seeks a Warehouse/Route Driver/Service Floater in Washington state. This full-time, Monday–Friday role has no nights or weekends and blends warehouse, delivery, and on-site service duties.

You will stock inventory, prepare orders for shipment, deliver to customers, assist technicians, and support operations. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties: Receive, inspect, and stock inventory; pick and pack orders; maintain a clean, safe warehouse; conduct inventory checks; operate forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Route Driver duties: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products; follow delivery schedules; load/unload goods; verify contents; report maintenance issues.
• Service Technician duties: Assemble, install, or repair equipment; troubleshoot minor issues; provide customer service on-site; report major issues.
• General support: Fill in across roles to support operations; coordinate with teams; assist in special projects.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. No nights, no weekends.

What you'll be doing – The Role:

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.


• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.


• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.


• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Route Driver Duties:

• Serves as backup to our Route Drivers


• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment.


• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.


• Load and unload goods, verifying the accuracy of delivery contents.


• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.

Service Technician Duties:

• Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.


• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.


• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.


• Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.

General Support:

• Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.


• Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.


• Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.
