Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in New York is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead route driving, service calls, and warehouse operations with a focus on timely execution and safety. You will collaborate with Branch Management and Sales to ensure smooth installs and daily field activities.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Route experience not necessary.
• Management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Route Drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning.
• Work with Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency.
• Ensure all Service Technicians are loaded and ready to start service calls on time each morning.
• Oversee daily pulling of products and ensure warehouse pulls are prepared for next day.
• Oversee completion of end-of-day paperwork by drivers and technicians.
• Set daily equipment repair objectives for refurbishing.
• Keep overtime to a minimum for operations staff.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and vehicles with proper loading techniques.

Education
