Qualifications

• Experience with government property management.
• Working knowledge of AR 40-61, Inventory Management, and MSSA procedures.
• Ability to perform facilities management duties, including repairs and safety/fire code compliance.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain favorable NACI and ADP III designation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CDMRP facility manager with warehouse operations.
• Assemble new furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and move furniture, supplies, and equipment among the warehouse and office buildings.
• Serve as facility manager for assigned buildings, including ordering repairs and managing telephone service orders.
• Validate compliance with snow procedures, safety codes, and fire codes.
